Terms & Conditions

1) Overview

These Terms explain how Relphia provides information about sessions and how enquiries, bookings and packages are handled. By using our pages or sending an enquiry, you acknowledge these Terms. The language is descriptive and neutral. Examples are illustrative and may vary based on venue access and scheduling capacity in Australia.

2) Definitions

“Session” — a scheduled time window for training, either in person or via remote/online check-in.
“Small-group session” — a shared session with limited places.
“Package” — a pre-paid set of sessions with a stated validity period.
“Confirmation email” — a written message listing dates, times, city or venue reference, and package validity.
“Business hours” — New South Wales (NSW) business hours unless noted otherwise.

3) Services and information

Relphia provides neutral information about individual sessions, small-group formats and remote options. Content is not medical advice. Schedules, locations and formats may change with venue availability. Photos and diagrams are illustrative. Any updates appear on the site or in written messages where appropriate.

4) Enquiries and bookings

Enquiries are made through the contact form or by email. A booking is considered placed only after a confirmation email is sent. Communication is kept in writing for clarity and record-keeping. Proposed windows can change if venue access or calendar capacity changes. All times and dates are managed in NSW time unless stated otherwise.

5) Pricing and payments

Where prices apply, they are listed in the relevant message or page and may vary by city and venue. Prices may include or exclude taxes as indicated. Electronic receipts are available on request. Refunds, credits and related steps are described in the Return and Refund Policy. The original payment method is used for eligible refunds unless otherwise stated.

6) Packages and validity

Each package lists the number of sessions and a validity period. Unused sessions expire at the end of that period unless an extension is confirmed in writing. Packages are generally for the named attendee and are not transferable unless specified. Changes to scheduled times follow the notice windows in the Return and Refund Policy.

7) Scheduling, late arrival and no-show

Start and finish times are used to keep the calendar orderly. If you arrive late, the session may still end at the scheduled finish time. A no-show is when an attendee does not arrive or connect during the scheduled window, and the session may be counted as used. If you expect to be late, please send a short note so options can be considered within room access limits.

8) Conduct and venue rules

Attendees are expected to follow venue instructions, posted signs and shared-space etiquette. Clothing that allows free movement and closed shoes are typical for indoor spaces. Personal items are kept in designated areas where available. Equipment is returned to the rack or storage after use. Staff may adjust room flow or sequencing to maintain an orderly environment.

9) Safety and general guidance

Session notes focus on setup, range and pacing in plain English. Individuals have different needs; information is general and not medical advice. If any movement is unclear, please ask staff for a brief explanation before continuing. Water access and ventilation considerations are noted where relevant. Arriving a few minutes early keeps the start organised.

10) Remote and online formats

Remote formats use email for summaries and scheduling notes. Video check-ins follow a simple structure that states what to record and how to label files. Feedback focuses on setup visibility and clear angles. Files are handled in line with the Privacy Policy. Communication occurs in agreed timeframes during business hours where possible.

11) Media and consent

Photos or short clips at sessions occur only with prior written consent from participants. Consent can be withdrawn for future use. If you previously consented and would like media removed from our channels where feasible, contact us with enough detail to identify the material.

12) Intellectual property

Text, graphics and design elements on our pages are owned by Relphia unless otherwise noted. You may view content for personal use. Copying, redistribution or commercial use requires written permission. Names and marks used by Relphia remain the property of their respective owners.

13) User submissions and acceptable use

If you submit materials (e.g., forms, messages or files), you confirm that you have the right to share them and that they follow standard content rules. Submissions should not contain unlawful, harmful, violent or adult content. Materials that do not align with these Terms or venue rules may be declined or removed.

14) Privacy and cookies

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are described in the Cookie Policy, including categories, purposes and preference controls. Links to both policies are provided in the footer of our pages.

15) Third-party tools and links

Our pages may include links or embedded tools provided by others. Their practices are described in their own policies. Availability of external services may change.

16) Changes to the site and these Terms

We may update page content, schedules, formats, or these Terms from time to time. The latest version of the Terms appears here with the effective date. Where suitable, important updates may be highlighted on the site or by email.
